PostPlan Scheduler ("the App", "we", "us") is a social-media publishing and analytics tool operated by Национална Софтуерна Компания ЕООД (National Software Company Ltd, "NSK"), a company registered in Bulgaria. This policy explains what data the App accesses through connected social-media platforms, why, and how we protect it.

PostPlan Scheduler lets the operator schedule and publish short videos and manage engagement across connected platforms — YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn — from one place. Depending on which platforms the operator connects, the App may upload videos, read public comments and reply to them, and retrieve aggregated performance metrics.

We do not collect private messages, contact lists, browsing history, precise location, or payment data through these integrations.
The App uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke the App's access to your Google/YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. The App only stores YouTube data needed for the features above and does not use it for any other purpose.
When you connect TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn, the App accesses those platforms through their official APIs subject to each platform's own terms and privacy policy (TikTok, Instagram, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn). You can disconnect any platform at any time from within that platform's app settings, which revokes the App's access.
Access tokens and operational data are stored on infrastructure controlled by NSK, restricted to authorized personnel, and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties except the connected platforms themselves as required to provide the service. We retain data only as long as an account remains connected; when you disconnect, associated tokens and cached data are deleted.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: (a) the social-media platforms you connect, to perform the actions you request; and (b) service providers strictly necessary to run the App, under confidentiality obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, or to revoke access, contact [email protected] or disconnect the App from the relevant platform's settings.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
