These Terms govern use of PostPlan Scheduler ("the App"), a social-media publishing and analytics tool operated by Национална Софтуерна Компания ЕООД (National Software Company Ltd, "NSK", "we", "us"). By connecting an account or using the App you agree to these Terms.
The App lets an authorized operator schedule and publish video content, read and reply to public comments, and retrieve performance analytics across connected platforms — YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Available features depend on which platforms are connected and on each platform's API permissions.
You must be authorized to manage any account you connect and must comply with the terms of each connected platform, including the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms, and the equivalent TikTok, Meta and LinkedIn platform and developer terms. You are responsible for the content you publish through the App.
You agree not to use the App to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or platform-prohibited content; to spam or artificially inflate engagement; to violate any platform's automation or rate limits; or to access data you are not authorized to access.
You retain all rights to the content you upload and publish. You grant NSK a limited licence to process and transmit that content solely to provide the service you request. The App itself, its code and branding remain the property of NSK.
The App depends on third-party platform APIs that may change, throttle, or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for actions, outages, or policy changes of YouTube, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn or other providers.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, reach, or revenue arising from use of the App.
You may stop using the App and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access that violates these Terms or any connected platform's rules.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
